How quickly can you provide a shortlist?
Our standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours for the first curated shortlist on most stacks. For niche or senior roles, expect 4 to 5 working days. Every candidate is pre-screened on technical, domain and communication dimensions before reaching you.
What does "pre-vetted" actually mean at Pazsoft?
Every candidate completes a three-stage validation: a technical assessment (coding, system design or tool-specific), a domain conversation against your industry context, and a communication evaluation including written and spoken English. You only see candidates who clear all three.
What is the ANZI Platform?
ANZI is the umbrella for our AI-powered enterprise software. It includes six proprietary tools built by Pazsoft (TestHub, AutoFlow, QualityLens, FinAssure, LoadSense, SecureProbe) plus three independent platforms delivered through strategic product partnerships — Prodex (ERP), Klyro (CRM+ERP) and PulseHR.

Yes. Many of our engagements are fixed-scope or managed-service models where Pazsoft owns the deliverable, the timeline and the outcome. You receive transparent reporting and milestone reviews — without having to manage the day-to-day operation.
Do you build software end-to-end?
Yes. From product discovery and architecture to development, QA, deployment and ongoing maintenance. Our dedicated software engineering teams cover web, mobile, cloud and AI — often integrating directly with your existing roadmap and tooling.
How do you handle scale changes during an engagement?
Flexibility is built into every engagement model. You can scale up, scale down, change service mix or shift project scope with two weeks of notice — without commercial penalty or contract renegotiation.
What if a placement does not work out?
Every staffing placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a resource is not the right fit for any reason within the first 30 days, we replace them at no cost — sourced and onboarded with the same speed as the original placement.
